Ryzen price/perfomance will be good?

So far it seems the the IPC of Ryzen is comparable to Kaby Lake. Only the 8 cores are confirmed right now, so we won't see any Quad Core speed demons for a bit. Multithreaded performance looks stellar.

If you think you will need anything with more performance than an i5, I highly suggest waiting.

And there's none information about the processors that will have the same perfomance as the i3? And none about the motherboards prices?

The lowest end CPU is rumored to be a 4 core 4 thread CPU at $129. Motherboard prices are slightly cheaper than Intel's offerings.
