High end pc. You should play your games in ultra quality with a great frame rate. I am not sure that's the best option for video edition, however 32gb of ram should hang the heaviest work.

It doesn't look horribly overpriced, however it does not mention the PSU brand.

Wattage matters very little when you don't know the model number and brand name of the PSU. I would suggest reaching out to cyberpower and getting a model number before purchasing that system.

A poor quality PSU can kill your entire system and be a safety hazard.

Looks like a great PC to suit your needs (gaming and video editing) but, koreanoverlord is right, it doesn't mention the PSU, but I'm sure it's fine.

Do you think it can do VR well?

Be warned cyberpower tends to use lower quality PSUs and their build quality is also lacking. If you want a good well put together prebuilt I'd look at other places like Origin, Digital storm, Falcon Northwest or Maingear.

If the PSU is of sufficient power, yes, it can definitely run VR perfectly fine (As long as you have a VR headset, of course.)

That does not look very overpriced(it still is). And as others mentioned, the PSU is probably garbage.
I can't remember many 800W PSUS, I know many 850W and 750W, but 800W no.
EDIT: I couldn't find it on their website, so they might not be very proud of it.
