I am new to pc building and I just recently built a pc. But whenever I turn it on it turns off after 20 seconds then back on repeatedly and does show up on my monitor. I tried turning it on without the graphics card and ram and it still has the same problem. However l, when I disconnect the atx cable and keep everything else in, the pc runs fine.
Its getting very frustrating not being able to solve the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
