Well i have a PC right now, but just swaping out my shitty parts for those new parts (MOBO, GPU, CPU)

Since you're swapping out Mobo and CPU, a couple of things.
1. Is there a reason you're going skylake instead of Kaby Lake?
2. Do you have it in your budget to go DDR4 instead of keeping your DDR3 RAM? Because unless you already of DDR3L, not DDR3, you're going to need to buy new RAM anyway.

Ok gotcha. So you're looking for a budget gaming build right? What budget are you looking at? Also can you do a detailed list of all your components including case? Since you're going from an old AMD platform you're going to need to dump the core bits some of it wont be able to be carried over to a new build but we can see whats salvageable.
