Gaming PC build for £100

I am building a PC and have everything except these but it has to be £100:
1.Hard drive 3.5"(has to be 1TB)
2.Graphics card (that is pcie no other)
3.2 sticks of ram (16gb)
4.Cpu that is good to run modern games and works with ASUS M5 A99X EVO R2.0.

So what do you have now ??? Case PSU and maybe MB ???
There's quite a range of AMD processors that can work in that MB , but only something like FX 4300 may go for that price and it's not a very powerful processor. 100 Pounds is not going to get you anywhere.
