I bought a Gigabyte GA-H270-HD3 and its form factor was an ATX, and I got the corsair midtower 200r ATX case. However my mobo only has 7 standoff holes and the case has 9. There is no option for the case to remove the standoff screws and so my mobo won't fit. What do i do? What went wrong?

It supposed to fit anyway. The motherboard standoff holes require at least 8 screws, basically its an ATX. The center screw is mounted for the 5th screw (middle). Your Corsair is a standard for an ATX boards so there should be no single problem with mounting and board placement.

the only issue here is that theres this one middle screw that messes with everything. If that wasn't there my mobo would fit...

This middle screw is causing problems http://imgur.com/fMZowr3[/img]
As you can see in the middle of my mobo, theres not standoff hole to take in that middle screw, in turn not letting my mobo fit http://imgur.com/jdAHUE1
