PC fans spin fast followed by shut down. Temperatures are low

I built a PC about three months and up until this point it worked just fine. Now every time i play a game, my PC will shut off and the fans(CPU,GPU,Case) will start spinning really fast. I check the temperatures using msi afterburner and both my CPU and GPU stay below 50 degrees Celsius. I don't know what is going on and if i should replace a part in my computer.
Specs:
Intel i5 6600k 3.5ghz
Asus Dual gtx 1060'
16gb ddr4 2133mhz
Gigabyte z170m-d3h
corsair 600cx

Your motherboard seems to be the cause of your trouble, either that of the PSU is dying. If I were you I'd start by checking my PSU with a voltimeter to see if the voltages are right. Check a yellow cable coming out of the PSU and see if its output is about 12V, if so...

Check a yellow cable coming out of the PSU and see if its output is about 12V, if so, your PSU is probably not the cause, then the motherboard is the next in the suspects' list.
