I am looking to upgrade my CPU/Motherboard soon, still waiting for ryzen .-. for now i have an AM3+ motherboard (not exactly sure what specific one, just one that came with my PC) I already bought an intel 600p m.2 SSD, and although this motherboard does not have m.2, I was wondering if buying one of those pcie add in cards would allow me to use it for now. I doubt that it would, but i figured that someone might know the answer. Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.

Solution
with an FX cpu? so it using the x16 for a gpu?
All you have is the pcie gen 2 x1. Not sure if any adapter will work for that.
And it about 8x less then what intel 600p use, pcie gen 3 x4.
