I would try rebooting your modem and router. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug modem back in first, wait for link, then plug router back in.

Then, open a command prompt as administrator (right click, click "run as admin") and type the following commands in this order;

> arp -d *
> ipconfig /flushdns
> ipconfig /release
> ipconfig /renew

You're using a phone to access the internet, yes?

Is the phone connected to wifi in your home?

Is the wifi router something you have physical access to or is it accessible to someone else?

You're getting spotty service, have you considered your connection just isn't good?

What other issues are you seeing?
