My friend is looking to get a new pc, and I found this one, but I wanted to make sure it's as good as I think. This is the pc

We're trying to get him a pc that can run games such as Grand Theft Auto V, DayZ, H1Z1: King of the Kill, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, maybe Fallout 4. If this pc isn't as good as I hoped, what would be a good alternative for a 500$ maximum budget? He has exactly 500.00 to spend so factoring in shipping cost.

This is basically a laptop, and will suffer the same ails as one.....it will run very hot under gaming loads, and the fans will be running at turbo to try to keep the small form-factor cool. It would need a RAM upgrade right away anyway, as the 4gb kit wouldn't cut it in some of the games you mentioned....
