Hello, I would like to know if my i5 4590S (2 year old cpu) (3.0ghz-3.6ghz) will bottleneck my new Asus R9 Fury 4gb Strix Direct CU 3?
The PC also has 8gb DDR3 1600mhz ram, MSI B85M-E45 LGA 1150 Micro-atx motherboard with PCIE 3.0, Thermaltake Litepower 750W PSU, 1TB western digital blue HDD and stock intel cooler.

I am running the PC on a 29 inch, Full HD 2560 x 1920 wide-screen LG monitor (29um57). Will I need to upgrade to intel's 4th generation desktop CPU?

Solution
Any CPU will bottleneck any GPU in the right circumstances. With a lowly GTX 750 Ti, as long as you're running low enough graphical settings, there will be cases where even monster 10-core CPUs will cause frame drops (below 60!) in some games. It really depends on what your expectations are. Faster is always better, but most of us don't have infinite resources to throw at a hobby, so we look for a good value.
