Storage Problems with Windows 10

I currently have Windows 10 on my SSD that has 56mb of space of space. That space is now used up and I want my files and downloads to go to my HDD. How do I transition over?

You can set default place for downloads in any browser.
Personal files you can move to HDD manually if you want to. New programs you can install partially on HDD during their installation.
