Can i use GT 730 DDR5 1GB in Optiplex 760 SFF and can i upgrade CPU

I have a optiplex 760 SFF, wondering if i can use a GT 730 DDR5 1GB or a GT 720. Specs below and if possible could you please label what CPU i could upgrade to ?

Please help.

Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16ghz

Socket 755 LGA

6GB RAM DDR2

255 wattage PSU

For your GPU question, yes, a GT 730 should work as long as it has low profile brackets. However, I would just buy a new computer at this point. Any Skylake or Kaby Lake system has better onboard graphics than the GT 730 anyway and CPU performance will be comparatively great. CPU upgrades on OEM 775 boards are often disasters.
