Every time I shut down or restart my PC I have just a black screen and the mouse cursor. So I looked on the Internet and the solution was Ctrl+Alt+Del and then creating a new task 'explorer.exe'. This does not fix the problem completely. Can somebody tell me what to do so i don't have to write this every time? Thanks
