Help me choose a good laptop which can run gta v pc

Hello everyone ....I want to play gta 5 pc and my budget is low...I have selected 3 laptops and I want to know which one would be the best to play gta 5 on....

1) Acer Aspire E5 573G
Core i5 7th gen 7200u 2.5 GHz
1 Tb HDD
4 gb ram
Windows10 64 bit
Nvidia ge force 940x 2gb

2) Acer E5 574G
Core i5 6200U 2.3 GHz
1 tb HDD
Windows 10 64 bit
8 gb ram
Nvidia ge force 920 2gb

3) Acer E5 574G-57TI
Windows 10 64bit
1 tb HDD
4 gb ram
Core i5 6200U 2.3 GHz
Nvidia ge force 920M 2Gb

Which one is the best? For gta 5 !? Even if it works at lowest settings
Also if u have any other laptop in mind under 750usd which can run gta 5 d best..plz do share...

These are the minimum specifications for Grand Theft Auto V:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
Storage: 65 GB available space

And these are the recommended:

Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHz (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD 7870 2GB
Storage: 65 GB available space

So I would recommend the second option
