The A10 7890K on socket FM2+ is the best option for the time being, however, by the end of the year, Raven Ridge will come to AM4, so I would just wait for that if you really want an APU.
Currently none are worth buying. The fastest A10 will get spanked by a cheaper Pentium G4560. Plus the Intel system will have an upgrade optuon where the A10 will be the fastest you could get for the platform.

yeah the g4560 trumps the a series, unfortunately for those bulding a 350-400 bucks budget buid for light to medium gaming, the a series holds the best perf/dollar coz of its built in igpu.

A G4560 + gtx 1050 would cost about $50 more than an A10 7890k system using the igpu but that extra $50 is well worth it if you want to game.
If it was a hard $400 budget then I'd still suggest the Pentium and then look for a used 750ti or 950 as they can usually be found for $50-75. The FM2+ is just not a good investment. And really at a budget less than $400 I'd likely suggest looking at a console if gaming was the primary goal.
The G4620 has a higher-end HD630 iGPU, compared with the 610 of the G4560. It's just about a match for AMD's best iGPU, and still cheaper, with a faster CPU portion.
Ryzens mobile apus are not due till the 2nd half of the year and system prices are unknown.
Instead, is it worth to buy 1. A8-7410 with R5 m430 integrated and 2gb graphics dedicated or
2. A10-9600P with R5 m430 integrated and R7 m440 2gb graphics dedicated?
nVidia's discrete GPUs are much more power efficient than AMD's, so effectively you get a lot more performance in the same power envelope by going with an NV chip. This isn't brand bias, just the facts. AMD is hurting really badly in mobile, even more than in desktop.
MERGED QUESTION Question from harinadh : "Is it better to buy AMD A series right now or wait for RYZEN?"
harinadh :
I have A thought to buy either amd a10-9600p or amd a8-7410. I perform mid range gaming and other tasks such as using virtual box. Iam with my budget of INR 30000. Now my questions are:
1. Which is suitable to me? amd a10-9600p or a8-7410?
2. can i choose from them or any other suggestions of my budget?
3. Is it better to wait for RYZEN? If i wait for ryzen, will it set my budget of INR 30000 in a branded company like HP?

The lower-end Ryzen CPUs will not release until later this year [strike]and they do not come with integrated graphics. [/strike]With your small budget an APU might be the best choice if you want to buy new. *I just saw about AMD Ryzen Raven Ridge APUs set to release later this year.
If you want to buy used, you could get better performance than AMD's current APUs. You could find a used pre-built tower with an i5-2400 and then buy a GTX 1050 or something similar to put in it. You may have to upgrade the power supply too, but all that should be within your budget.

The R7 graphics would be better than the R5. It will play games like League of Legends and Minecraft okay. But neither will give a good experience on modern AAA titles like Battlefield 1.

Actually, I heard that a9600p heats a lot in gaming. So iam unable to decide among them
