Is this build good enough to run the 1070 SLI or will I need to make improvements such as better cooling or a larger case? Here is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7Gm4wV
It will be absolutely fine for nearly everyone.
The fact your GPUs have blower coolers on them mean that they blow the hot air out the back of the case and therefore the inside of the computer remains very nice and cool.
With a water cooler, your CPU should run cool even with a warm case.
In other words, relax about the cooling. It will definitely be fine if you stick a fan in the front of the case.
All looks good!
I do not think you will have any issues with your build.
One thing that might be worth mentioning is that 750w PSU might have issues performing at 100% load in a hot case, but from the looks of it, your build will top out at 350w absolute maximum, so you have a ton of headroom.
The PSU will not be an issue, and the low ripple on it will take good care of your components.

Good luck on the build!
Should I get a lower watt PSU? I'm concerned about the cooling in my case. In other words, do you think I have insufficient cooling?
