ASUS Maximus VIII Hero Board powers on but displays Q-code 62 & no display on moniter

First time builder here and just finished my first build, when i turn on the power to my system the whole thing powers up but nothing displays on my monitor. The Q-code displays code 62 and the VGA light is constantly on, I also have to turn it off through the PSU as the power switch in the case doesn't work.
System:
- Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake Quad-Core 4.2 GHz
- ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO
- ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1070 STRIX
- EVGA SuperNOVA 650
- G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4
- Corsair Obsidian Series 750D
- SanDisk SSD PLUS 2.5" 240GB
- Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200 RPM
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

What BIOS you have on mobo? To run 7700k it has to be 3101

I'm not sure, though i am guessing an earlier version. I attempted to flash the bios using a usb thumb drive and the bios flashback button, it does not seem to have changed anything.

Check the sticker on mobo, last four digits.
