I'm not sure if this is a question for Tom's Hardware, but I have lots of old computer components such as a Pentium Pro and various ISA and PCI cards as well as memory, two motherboards, and a few AMD Semprons. Does anyone know a place that will buy any of this at a reasonable price? I'm trying to avoid eBay for now.

Outside of 'for sale' posts on certain PC forums, Ebay is really your best & only choice. Believe it or not, retro rigs are popular right now so interest in older hardware is high. Really depends on the component. 3dfx video cards are fetching high prices.

Yeah, other than the Pentium Pro and one of the RAM kits, most of this is worthless, but for the Pentium, is there anywhere that will buy it for its gold content?

i know theres people on ebay who buy them to extract the gold but dont know any where else really

OK, well thanks for the help, I might just have to use eBay anyway.
