Hello everyone, here's the issue... Realized afterward that I should have posted this in the motherboard section...
I can't exactly remember what happened before, but suddenly I can only get 1 monitor working.
The monitor that is working is plugged into my GTX 1060.
The monitor that stopped working is plugged into Intel(R) HD Graphics 530.
I have an Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz & 16gb RAM
Drivers are all up to date.
When both monitors are plugged in (or turned on with the settings) I only see a black screen with cursor on the monitor that wasn't working before. The monitor that was working goes black.
The second monitor works when plugged into the graphics card, but I need that slot for VR (maybe related to the issue?). Right now the VR is unplugged.
When I plug the second monitor back into the motherboard, the working screen freezes its current visual state. I can still see the cursor and even move and click things, but I don't actually see it happening (only can tell by the cursor changing to an arrow to adjust a window). It's like it's half-frozen. The cursor moves to the black screen on the second monitor as well.
Only other piece to the puzzle that the resolution on the second monitor can't be detected when I have the display settings opened. It actually appears smaller than it should be (in the diagram) and there's a blank resolution box that can't be clicked on.
Hopefully this isn't a hardware issue... I appreciate any help.
