For starters, I've already tried disconnecting my modem, restarting my computer, using every known command I could find (ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, etc.), reinstalling and updating my network driver, and even switching out ethernet cables. I've no idea what's wrong, and I'm far from being an expert with networking. I'm currently using a Netgear Power-Line adapter to connect my PC to my modem, running Windows 10 with a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, and I've posted the "ipconfig /all" results below:

I'm currently able to connect via Wi-Fi, so the internet is still working, but I can't seem to connect via ethernet cable for some reason. Thank you in advance for any responses, and if you need more information I'm happy to provide it.

Solution
Managed to fix the problem by doing a factory reset on the Power-line adapters. Honestly that probably should have been the first thing to try, but at least I figured it out.
