So i have the Sapphire HD 7950 vapor-x 3GB and fans are only working when my gpu is up to 98-100 °C.
When i try to start them manually through radeon settings it only works when i set it at 70% and above, if i try any lower they just stop and start again whenever my gpu reaches 98-100 °C.
But even when they work at 70% on manual they sound strange like they don't get continuous power.
