So I went through this before researching my build and I notice my frames are quite low compared to what others get with a gtx 970. Nothing special I mostly play csgo and I was reading up on why this could happen with others with my build. Could it be that my apu is bottlenecking my gpu? Thanks

CS:GO is weird and runs strangely on many computers. Two people with the same hardware might get 80 and 400fps, for no apparent reason. That said, AMD's FM2+ CPUs are all very weak by today's standards. They're somewhat equivalent to the higher-end Core2Quads sold in 2008, or lower-end i5's from 2009.
