Not sure if my last question went through. Sorry if it did. Looking for a decent video card under 20 dollars that will be compatible with an asus h110m-a/m.2 mother board.

G4400 is dual core with two threads. I'd stick with the RX 470 for that CPU.

The RX 480 has more compute power which comes in handy in video editing and other compute driven applications, but this doesn't make a noticeable difference in games. If you're only gaming, the RX 470 will deliver a very similar framerate without pushing your Pentium quite as hard.
