My buddy is looking for an entry level pc. He has a strict $450 budget :// He mostly needs it for school and work in which he needs to edit videos and make/edit music tracks. He also wants to be able to play small games like csgo gmod and such, and eventually upgrade his pc to full gaming only to support gta and battlefield and such. Is this current pc that he's settled on good for that? (128 ssd for now but planning on adding a 1tb hdd later)
Also, does this pc have a good upgrade path and will he be able to play gta and other games with this single build (of course adding 1tb) on normal settings and with decent frames?

Within that budget, its about as good as it will get.
Yes, parts can be upgraded as time goes by.

Let's say he adds storage, the problem is are those big title games able to run on this build? Is it a solid build for the budget? Does it have a good upgrade path?
