Toshiba satellite upgrade

I have a Toshiba satellite c55-a5281 and I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade my CPU from a duo core to a quad core and if the processor is soldered to the MB or if it's removable.

The cpu is removable, but you can't upgrade to quad core.
Your MB is the HM70 http://support.toshiba.com/support/search?search_query=SATELLITE+C55-A5281+%20driver# and the MB can only support either Pentiums or Celerons. http://ark.intel.com/products/67419/Intel-BD82HM70-PCH
