How badly does the FX-8320 bottleneck a GTX1070?

I recently bought a desktop from Best Buy, as I wanted something that day and it came with a GTX1070, AMD FX-8320, 16GB DDR3 RAM and a Motherboard that doesn't support any stronger CPUs.

I was wondering, should I keep this computer? How badly does it bottleneck?

If I return it, I'm most likely going to get a laptop, as I want something mobile, with a 1050ti, 12gb DDR4 Ram, i7 7700hq and an SSD, for $100 cheaper, but first I need to know the thoughts on this.
I really don't plan to play anything higher than Rainbow Six Siege, but even then, I can play that on my console.
I play MMOs and MOBAs usually.

That's up to you and your uses for the computer. But gaming on a laptop is never as comfortable as gaming on a desktop system. At least for me. But the laptop may have other benefits that make up for that shortcoming.
Power-wise, the laptop has a better CPU and a weaker GPU.

That is a bit more GPU than the old FX-8320 can keep up with at times, even OC'ed. But it will still make a decent gamer. If you want to avoid paying for more GPU than you can ever use to max potential, you may want to see if they can swap out for a GTX 1060 or RX-480 for a difference in price.

I have my FX-8350 clocked to FX-9590 speeds including leaving turbo mode turned on. My GTX 980 easily hits 100% usage in games (at 1080p). So there is still some headroom fro a faster card. But I doubt your FX-8320 will get quite to that OC. And that is assuming the motherboard is OC capable.

It was a pre-built system I picked up from bestbuy, but I keep seeing things telling me the CPU is extremely weak, so I may end up returning it for the laptop.

I don't know if I'd be making a mistake or not though.
