Color artifacts in games/videos - GPU problem?

I recently built my first computer ever, and it's been great for a month and a half.
I've been running light overclock, at 4,3 GHz
My GPU is: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SuperClocked
Recently I noticed some color distortions/artifacts when playing games and watching certain videos.
I have reset my BIOS settings to the default, unplugged and replugged the GPU, HDMI cables, and power supply, to no success.
I am currently running the latest GPU driver from the EVGA site.
Did I damage the GPU by overclocking it too hard?
My power supply isn't elite, I have the Corsair CX750M, 750W PSU installed.

It's more prominent in certain video games and videos than others. For example in League Of Legends, it is pretty obvious. Here's a video where you can see the problem, and some hardware info:

I'm sure I could get a replacement from where I bought it, but I'm not 100% sure it's the GPU? I don't have any spare monitors or GPU-cards to troubleshoot.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by "putting it back into default mode" ?
I've reset all BIOS settings to default, are there any other ways of resetting it?
What settings are important if I want to underclock it?

You have to download MSI Afterburner, the best overclocking(or underclocking) software available, especially for nVidia cards. Google it and download it, then try to underclock your graphics card through the settings and monitor the temperature and all the other relevant available data, like ram used both by the card and your pc, cpu use, cpu temperature, FPS, etc.
