Internal Graphics Memory Size

I need some help, I went into my GIGABYTE motherboard BIOS and wanted to change the dedicated video ram from 32mb to something higher but instead I changed the internal graphics memory size to the highest it which was 1024mb and now my computer wont start for lack of better words.
The computer turns on with all the lights and everything. But what happens is that the monitor would occasionally flash no signal. Is there a way I can fix this? Does it have something to do with my PSU because this has happened when I tried to install a gpu that took more power than I could give.
If you are wondering my computer is windows 10 so accessing the bios is not as easy as pressing f2 and I do have an integrated graphics card.
Thank you in advance.

Accessing the bios is the same for any os. The bios is effected by the motherboard not the OS.

Pull the CMOS battery on the motherboard, pull the power out of your computer, and hold the power button down for like 30 seconds. Put battery back in, plug in, power on.

Thank you, I will try it tomorrow since it is very late and I don't want to mess around in there whilst I'm tired.

It should be a watch battery looking thing on the motherboard. Most of the time it's towards the bottom half. About the size of a nickel or dime or something.

By the way what does increasing the Internal Graphics Memory Size do?
