I have a Toshiba Satellite C55 laptop and I have full Internet service but is says no Internet connection? When I hit the troubleshooter the problems found are: 1) problem with wireless adapter or access point, and 2) Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration. They both pop up as being not fixed. Can anyone help me with how to fix this problem?
