What is the reccomended budget for a PC that can play games like GTA Rainbow 6 Siege Battlefield CS Go Gmod DayZ and so on the best settings and run smoothly? A PC that needs no sacrificing on FPS and Resolution and can run really smooth, yet no unnecessary "bragging" hardware. Pretty much the most minimum needed for a really good gaming/music producing/recording&editing PC.

Solution
For a system that can play every game at max settings smoothly you're looking at a budget of at least $800. By saying you don't need any "show off" parts I'm guessing you mean that you don't care about LEDs or fancy cases or water cooling, etc... By far the most expensive component will be the GPU. I would recommend at least a GTX 1070 if you're wanting to max out games. Since you're also looking at producing/recording/editing music on your pc then I would recommend a Core i7, but you could probably get by with an i5 depending on just exactly what you're doing, the stress it would put on the CPU, and how fast you're wanting tasks like rendering completed. So possibly go for an i5, but don't go super cheap and get an i3 or something like...

500 USD can build a pc that can run most of those games on high , if not all of them , that's what I'm building right now :) I don't know about recording and editing but the gaming should be fine.
