i red from some forum that "skylake" bios messed up because of some "state" but i dont understand that.
long short story; i need to change my bios from F20 into F1 (first release) without breaking my windows OS, is that possible or am i just gonna waste my new pc?

Solution
"so far the problem does NOT occur IF i switched sound output, which is from HDMI to realtek."

Did you try full screen after that?

i5-6400 (40-60c)
xfx RX480 4gb (60-70c)
beQuiet Purepower 8 500w 80silver

now i notice in Task Manager that my memory use "2 out of 4 slot" but physically only have 2 slot
and also read speed @2400 which is not possible with h110 motherboard

sounds like buzz, but it's different everytime it happened.

so far the problem does NOT occur IF i switched sound output, which is from HDMI to realtek.

haven't use 3rd party sounds hardware (i have 2.1 speaker but not plugged in to motherboard yet)

oh, when it RMA'ed, i saw the technician use some kind of power counter from thermaltake (it seems like thermaltake logo to me and the tool looks like a TASER-gun)
the one that plug to 24+pin
and he doesn't say anything wrong

also he tried using different RAM,
not using RAM at all,
tested my GPU on some kind of benchmark (he let it run on barebone PC while testing my PSU)
and testing CPU.

last he found out is the motherboard issue, but he cannot sure which is the rounded flat battery or something else..
