As the title says, my computer has recently been suffering from this problem. It usually happens when I'm playing a game, mostly Overwatch, but now it's happen when I'm browsing the web or using other softwares (PS, AI, etc.)

I've read some of the threads that's saying the PSU is most likely case because of wattage but based on the calcualations from PCPartpicker, I don't think I'm pushing it that hard.

Not likely to be the motherboard, top few likely issues would be video card and...
If anything is overclocked, set it to default, could be power supply, could be the video card, possibly RAM. Test the card in another system that can run it, or test another card in yours with the same power draw, swap out the power supply if that does not help with a good quality one (same range as yours or better). The wattage amount is fine, but that does not mean the power supply is good.

I did not overclock. The card is actually fairly new because I thought that card I was using was the cause of the problem. I'll try and swap the PSU and see if the problem still happens.

I just wanted to make sure that the mobo is not the problem.

Not likely to be the motherboard, top few likely issues would be video card and power supply, heat, RAM, then motherboard and CPU issues, maybe the PCIe slot.
