I bought a brand new computer awhile back to get into the whole gaming pc thing. And in all the newer games like gta 5, far cry, etc etc I'm getting really low frame rates compared to people I see online during bench marks. For instance in gta 5 I'm only getting 20-40 FPS compared to people I see on you tube getting at least 60 with two Titan x pascal sli

My rig has
Intel i7 6950x
Titan X pascal sli

And I'm not sure if my cpu and going are bottlenecking or something. I'm new to the whole pc gaming besides the basics. And I'm not sure if maybe it could be I need a better monitor which I got a Dell Ultra Sharp 34inch curved LED and that I need a 4K monitor

Amy help will be 100% appreciated
Thank you.

What AA setting are you using?

Are you using the standard AF SLI mode?

Do you have the GPU and MB drivers updated?

What res are you playing at (include DSR % if applicable)?

Is there a BIOS update available for MB, and if so, what issue does it solve?

The monitor itself shouldn't affect performance FPS wise. If you've matched settings identically with others using same spec and you have no driver or hardware problems, you should be getting very similar FPS.

My resolution is usually 2560x1440p, aa usually x8 yes all drivers are updated but I believe I did figured out what was wrong which was my computer was on power save mode ever since I changed it the FPS went back up too what i believe is right basically over 60 fps

But another question, would getting a angelbird wings px1 would help with my setup as well and would I need two for each graphics card or one will be fine?

LOL, yeah that would do it. Usually that only happens with laptops.
