Overclocking x5470 to 4Ghz with DDR3 1333mhz RAM

hi. My question is will a dd3 1333mhz RAM bottelneck the system with xeon x5470 cpu running at 400mhz (1600fsb) on a motherboard that supports 1333/1600OC?

motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-EP43T-UD3L
cpu: Intel Xeon X5470 (doing an lga 775 to 771 conversion)
ram: Kingston ValueRAM 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) x4

Especially since we are talking about a system with the memory controller inside the northbridge.
So the only thing the memory might bottleneck would be the reachable FSB speed before the RAM would be overclocked aswell.
