Can I install the old win7 keys on new pc , and scrap my old pc which is very old.

Solution

If you have the win7 case & key that came with it then yes.
If the win7 came as part of an OEM system (like hp or dell) then the answer is 'No, not legally as the key is tied to the motherbd'.
