Blue Snowball Issue

So I have a blue snowball microphone, and it was working fine for about a year and a couple months. Just in the past 2 days it's decided to stop working. It appears in device manager under audio devices and whatnot, but when I try to use it I can't. Has anyone else experienced and solved this issue?

Ran in to this with mine randomly. Working fine then out of the blue it wouldn't work despite being found in devices. It wouldn't show up as a recording device. Swapping USB ports and a couple of reboots later it seemed to find itself correctly and work as normal. I had chalked it up to being a overstock find (dept at work bought it but never used it) and age just got to it.
