Does everything here look compatible? for both builds?

i was going to do it in this order (i'm doing both build tomorrow with help from 3 people)

Backup my files onto my HDD that i want to keep and than wipe everything accept the stuff i put on the HDD, Finish my build, install windows onto my new build, Move files onto the ssd in my new build, Wipe the HDD, Give it to my friend, finish his build, install windows on his. DONE :)

Solution
it is seems compatible.
Just a ton of wasted money for you. Especially on the CPU, GPU and of course the cooler and fans. last two are mediocre at most.
