Hello, i built the pc from this components:

RAM: https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-H110-Skylake-Motherboar...

HDD: https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Cache-Desktop-Drive-WD10EZE...

PSU: https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-CX450M-BRONZE-Haswell-Mo...

Case: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Carbide-100R-Tower-Case/...

dvd burner: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-DRW-24F1ST-SUPERMULTI-Burne...

And the problem is: when i start my pc, so pc after a few seconds will restart and again and again.

Can you help me, please ????

your motherboard is meant for skylake cpu and you have kaby lake. very common mistake lately. you can use that motherboard with your cpu but it has to have a skylake cpu installed into it and updated first.
