Im having stuttering/fps drops when im playing gta 5, and it annoys the hell out of me. and im really desperate for an answer on what is causing this. I think it is the ram but im not entirely sure.

Specs:
I5 6600K 3,5 ghz (no overclock)
Gtx 1060 6gb (Gigabyte card) also running stock
8gb of kingston ddr4 2133mhz ram
Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI Motherboard
600w psu
1tb Toshiba hard drive
Windows 10 Home
temperatures is around 50c max for the Cpu and around 70c max for the 1060.
i have a video of how my computer behaves when playing gta 5. i was playing on High settings.

Late response sorry. I added 8 gb more ram (16gb ram in system now) And it fixed the stuttering but i was still getting very low frames.. But i overclocked the i5 to 4,3 ghz at 1.295 volts. Is that a good overclock? I get around 60-70 fps in the city now on high settings.
