You're very welcome!
The advantages of the push/pull outweighs its disadvantages BUT based on several variable factors and is basically just a matter of preference given a certain condition:
For example, aesthetics. Some people want the "cleaner" look of the actual radiator to be seen - so they choose the fans on one side setup; some want those dazzling LED fans on the exposed side but need a better but not-so-good-looking fans at the concealed side of the rad - so they choose the push/pull setup.
Space clearance inside the case is another variable (motherboard or ram clearances, hard drive cages, etc.) would make you choose one or the other. There is also a factor of the actual radiator size and/or thickness that you will purchase.
Noise is another concern. Some people do not mind noisier fans - so a one side setup is alright; some people prefer lower noise levels - so they choose push/pull with lower fan speeds.
Tight budget leans toward the one-side setup than buying twice the number of fans. But if a different less-expensive fan model would be chosen for the push/pull setup, then costs can break-even.
Lastly, the cleaning and maintenance hassle also comes into play.
All factors and situations being equal, push/pull gives better cooling performance than just push or pull.
