My csrss file got infected recently, renaming the process to its Russian name and the process used 100% of my cpu usage. So I tried to terminate the process through task manager, but it comes back instantly. Also when i tried to stop the process no warning message came as it should be if the process is properly running. I traced back the process and it was csrss.exe in system 32 folder. I couldn't delete the file saying its being opened up. So I deleted register entries of it and the process died reverting cpu usage to normal values. I continued to use my pc for 2 days without shutting down but sleeping it which I always being used to and no problems came up. I even updated virus definitions and ran a full scan without detecting any malicious programs. But when after 2 days I shutdown and rebooted startup directly displayed CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and couldn't start windows. What are my options. I backed up my registry before altering but how can i use that backup if thats the problem.
My infos -
Toshiba SM840 laptop
Windows 8.1 registered version
Virus guard - windows defender
Have a dvd drive
I cant reinstall windows as my registration key for windows was privided by my university and i no longer have it written anywhere. So I have to purchase it once again. I would like to know if there is any other way.

I found suggestions saying do a clean boot or safe mode.
- I cant boot into windows as it always display BSOD.
- Booting into any safe mode also display BSOD except DOS
- Sfc scan doesnt work saying system repair pending
- System restore failed to every available restore point. Error message displayed - failed while restoring registry - 0x800703f1.
