Better PSU for my rig

Here is my rig list i am confused with psu

1. Antec NEO ECO II 450 HK 450 WATT
2. Antec Neo Eco 550M BR 550 Watt
3. Thermaltake Litepower 550Watt

from this 3 psu's, which one will be better?

Your rig needs minimal power. 300w will do.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Of the three, The first, antec 450w would be my pick.
Thermaltake quality is iffy.

None of those... Do you have options from Seasonic, XFX or from EVGA the G2 / G3 lineup? Where are you buying from? The size is fine, but there has to be higher quality options available to you. If you have to go with one of those three, the NEO 550w would be the better pick.
