Solution
If you want to use your old DDR3 RAMs, get the first link - which is DDR3.
But if you are asking which between the 2 motherboards is best for gaming, then get the second link - which is DDR4.

You cannot use your old DDR3 RAMs in the DDR4 slots. It won't work and it won't fit. You will have to buy new RAMs that are DDR4 to use in that DDR4-supported motherboard.

So its better to buy second mother board thats ddr3 but it will be slower?

Better - in terms of expenses (price/performance) - because you already have your DDR3s and want to re-use them.

so for now i should buy ddr3 si i can use my ram thats also ddr3 and speed difference wont be big

Correct.

Now you need to get an appropriate CPU for that motherboard. The board supports 6th-gen (Skylake) CPUs out-of-the-box. I suggest you get a 6th-gen Skylake CPU to avoid any compatibility issues.
