My PC won't turn on

Hi, I've just put together my new PC and it won't turn on all the plugs are in and all that turns on is the motherboards LED's and a small red light on the board please help

AMD 8350
Asus 970 pro gaming board aura
HyperX 8gb of ram
500m psu
Evga 960 ssc 2gb

Did you put the standoffs in the case, before you installed the mobo?

Did you connect the ATX12v, cpu fan and 24 pin?

Are you sure you connected the font panel io connectors to your power and reset switch properly?

remove gpu, and all hard drives. make sure only 1 stick of RAM is in the correct slot as listen in the motherboard's manual. make sure 24pin power, 8or4pin cpu power, cpu cooler is connected into cpu_fan header, and the JUSB! header has all the case's front panel connectors in it correctly. try booting with that first
