I got a refurbish desktop that i have to install a brand new windows as it comes without operating system. when i was downloading the drivers i see that the graphic area say i'm running on MICROSOFT BASIC DISPLAY ADAPTER (LOW RESOLUTION) i start searching by the pci slot info but i don't know if they are 2.0 or 3.0 i think they are 3.0 and then my powersupply is 380 watts so i just want a graphic card that can handle my pc it doesn't have to be nothing wow because i would like not to change my current power supply. I will add here some pictures of my motherboard and internatl info. Thanks for any help.

The 750 Ti does not need a 450 watt PSU, it will run on a good quality 300 watt one, your Antec 380 watt is a good model.

The 210 is a very slow card. If you want a basic use card, I suggest a GT 730 GDDR5, pretty cheap and about 5 times faster.

Your system does have a video card, it's just the onboard chip in the CPU, you need to install the drivers for it from the system or motherboard vendor site.
Are you looking for a video card because of the driver issue or because you want a faster video card for games? If you just install the motherboard drivers, there will be a video driver there as well. If you want a card for gaming, the new ones may not work too well, but the last gen nVidia 750 Ti is a good cheaper card to get.
