Hello!
In December i bought a new PC, which consists of :

i5-6400;
1x 4gb LPX Corsair Vengance 2400mhz ;
Asus H110M-R motherboard;
Gtx 460.

I know that this motherboard can run only at 2133 mhz, and i know that in dual channel the frequency is halfed, but i am at single channel and acording to CPU-Z the ram runs at 1064 mhz.
I dont think that i touched any settings about ram in the BIOS.

Is it normal to run this low? What can i do in order to bring it to the nominal 2133 Mhz.

Thanks in advance.

Update 1. Adding an image from CPU-Z

Solution
Dual Data Rate memory has an actual clock rate of half it's effective data rate. Currently your ram is running at 2133 speeds. The rams clock speed is not affected by what channel mode the ram is running at. Memory in Quad channel will run at the same clock speed as single channel. Running ram in multi-channel mode increases bandwidth not clock speed.
