So i took two SSDs and put them in Raid 0. in the meantime i had a windows install running on another drive. So i did your standard routine with a new computer on the raid array. Fresh drivers and updated BIOS. And now the computer wont boot without the exstra drive installed. Any tips?`

Solution
raid arrays also require drivers to be loaded before windows will start. so you will def have to do a clean install of windows on a raid to have it work correctly. as windows will take the driver you select when installing it and make it part of the start files.

side note not sure why your doing a raid array with ssd but most cases it is not recommended choice.

Win 10, I've also made some progress. Somehow the EFI boot partition is still on the old hard drive, even though the rest of the OS is on the Raid0 array. So the question now is how do i create a EFI boot partition on the raid array.
