Dell Inspirion 660 Graphics Card Upgrade

I have a Dell Inspirion 660. It is the full sized model, not the slim one. I want to upgrade the GPU to a MSI GeForce GTX 1060, but I'm not sure it will fit.

There is a empty hard drive cage that is taking up space. How do I take it out?

If you take out the cages you will have about 14 inches. you will and can upgrade psu

It is held in by rivits so you will have to drill out all the rivits that hold it in.

Sorry for the late reply. Are the rivets the small circular screw like things holding the HDD cage? If it is, i can't reach into there with a screwdriver.

No the rivits won't be screws. You will have to drill them out.

Oh, I see. But how will i be able to drill them out if I can't reach them?

Yea that one I don't know. You would probably have to do some serious metal cutting to remove what you can and then try to get the drill where you can.
