I am sorry if this is a double post. And thank you for reading.
I have two problems and can't find an answer on Google. First, I have a wired windows 10 PC that has a wifi card installed. My problem is that even though I have disabled it in network adapters it will enable itself and then take priority over the wired connection. I can just yank the f'er out of my motherboard but I might need it in the future so if there is a way to prevent it from enabling itself (in the middle of the night) I'd like to know. My other question is about another PC on my network, also with Windows 10, that won't let me disable it. When I go to disable adapter it immediately re-enables. Any thoughts? Thanks for reading!

I've seen it happen a number of times when you install the wireless driver after the Ethernet driver and check one of the wireless to automatically connect.

Simply open the network control panel, select change adapter settings, hit the alt key, then select advanced, then select advanced settings. Under the adapter and bindings tab highlight the Local Area Connection and hit the green up arrow on the right side until the Ethernet is the top priority. Then click OK and you are done.
